LastObject is on a mission to combat the 'use and throw away' culture by replacing disposable items with sustainable, reusable alternatives.
Disposable products have a significant environmental impact, even though they may appear harmless at first glance. When developing new products, one of their most important criteria is durability. Their products have been tested to withstand over 1,000 uses, and many can last even longer.
Global warming, especially from CO2, and plastic pollution in our oceans, primarily caused by single-use products, are two major threats to our planet. So far, LastObject has helped prevent over 3,000 tons of CO2 from entering our atmosphere.
To minimize their environmental footprint, they choose materials like wood fiber, paper, and organic cotton, all of which can be composted. The majority of the cotton they use is certified organic. They also utilize recycled ocean plastic, contributing to cleaning up existing waste.
